Police find missing 14-year-old Dysart boy at Beerwah

UPDATE: Police wish to advise the boy reported missing from Dysart has been located safe and well.

He was located in Beerwah yesterday evening.   Police would like to thank members of the public and media for their assistance in this matter.  

EARLIER: A 14-year-old boy has taken a car and is missing from Dysart.

Police believe he is driving a light blue 2004 Toyota Echo with Queensland Registration 603 SPP.  Police are concerned for his welfare because he is believed to be driving a vehicle underage and unlicensed.

The boy was last seen at a residence on Perry St last night. 

He is described as being Caucasian in appearance, around 170cms tall and has a slim build, short brown hair and brown eyes. 

Anyone who has seen the boy or the vehicle is being asked to call police immediately.
