Australian airports continue strike action into next week

AUSTRALIAN airports continue to be affected by ongoing strike action by the Dept of Immigration and Border Protection over pay and working conditions.

Rounds of up to four-hour work stoppages are expected to continue into next week, causing delays for international travellers across Australia. We recommend allowing extra time for check-in and advise travellers to expect delays during the affected strike periods.
