Business robbed with a bat and an axe
A BUSINESS in Loganlea has been robbed by two men this morning, one wielding a bat and the other an axe.
Police were called to the business on Loganlea Road just before 1am.
Police say the men allegedly smashed a glass security door before demanding cash and cigarettes.
The male attendant has complied, and the two men made off with cash and a quantity of cigarettes.
They were last seen heading towards Loganlea Road.
No one was physically hurt as a result of the robbery.
