The driver of the truck is in a critical condition and will be flown out to Toowoomba Hospital.
The driver of the car is in a stable yet serious condition and will be transported to Dalby Hospital.
QUEENSLAND emergency services are currently at the scene of a car and truck collision on the Bunya Highway.
A spokesman for Queensland Ambulance said police arrived at the scene shortly after 6pm.
"QAS understands that there are only two people involved in the accident and emergency services are working to make sure the area is safe," he said.
