CRIME WRAP: Dalby mum allegedly drives drunk with child
THREE people will face Dalby Magistrates Court after they were apprehended by police allegedly committing crimes in the district.
Alleged drug offences
A Dalby man has returned to jail after he was allegedly found with stolen prescription drugs.
Police arrested the 28-year-old on November 10 after they allegedly uncovered prescription medication with no labels attached in his possession.
The man was on a return to prison warrant, and was subsequently taken into custody.
He was charged with two counts of possessing restricted drugs, and unlawful possession of suspected stolen property.
He will face Dalby Magistrates Court on December 15.
Police intercepted a 39-year-old Dalby man about 12.45am on November 10 for a random drug and alcohol test.
It will be alleged the man tested positive for a relevant drug roadside on Dixon St.
A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered drug utensils.
He will face Dalby Magistrates Court on November 24 charged with driving with a relevant drug in his system, and possession of utensils.
Dalby police intercepted a 36-year-old Dalby woman for a random breath test and licence check about 10.45am on November 14.
It will be alleged the woman returned a reading of 0.054, just over the legal blood alcohol limit.
Police will also allege the woman was driving with an unrestrained child.
She will face Dalby Magistrates Court on December 1 charged with driving over the legal blood alcohol limit, and having an unrestrained child.
