Cyclists thrown off bikes at high speeds

TWO riders have been rushed to hospital after being thrown from their bikes at high speeds at Carol Park.
At about 8.20am this morning a 42-year-old man suffered minor injuries after being thrown from his bicycle at a high speed down hill.
A short time later a 50-year-old woman was also thrown off her bicycle, suffering hip injuries.
Both riders were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
