Dalby family take over Ray White Rural

BORN and raised in Dalby, David and Amy Felsch know rural living is a privilege, a challenge, and unlike any other living experience.

It’s this love of the land and the town they first met that lead them to take the reins at a renowned Dalby business, as co-owners of Ray White Rural.

Mrs Felsch will be taking over as the business and office manager, while Mr Felsch, who has become well known for his work in livestock trading, will be the head of the new property, livestock and residential sales.

Mr Felsch said the idea to take over the business was to open the country’s eyes to the benefits of rural living, and to take the town to “new heights”.

“The opportunity that the Ray White brand gives us is pretty special,” he said.

“The support from other business owners, the strength of the family brand and the fact that every element is supported by the corporate team.”

Making the move back to Dalby was not just a smart business decision, according to Mrs Felsch.

“Our family is one of the key reasons we are doing this,” she said.

“We want to provide and create success for our boys and not to mention they also absolutely love the livestock side of what we do.”

Joining them is experienced livestock administrator Amy Maloney, livestock agent Tim O’Dwyer, and local residential sales agent Lara Turner.

The owners are looking forward to bringing a fresh approach to all real estate services across the region, and have engaged the best team possible to do so.

“We are really hoping to make an impact on the residential market in town, which is why we brought on Lara Turner who is a local face and has the perfect attributes to sell real estate,” Mrs Felsch said.

Mrs Felsch said their key goal over the first 12 months in business is to continue building and improving on the team culture that they already have and providing their clients with an exceptional level of service.

“We have a really solid team working with us, and we want to provide the best service possible to the clients who we value so much. Our whole team has a wealth of local knowledge and many relationships throughout the entire community, and we are motivated to become the go-to agents in the region,” Mrs Felsch said.

Ray White Rural Managing Director Stephen Nell congratulated the Felsch family on opening their doors in Dalby.

“We are incredibly proud that David and Amy will be heading up the Ray White brand in such an important region, and I have no doubt in my mind that they will service the Dalby community with outstanding service,” Mr Nell said.

“Both David and Amy bring a wealth of expertise to both the livestock and real estate markets and I cannot wait to see what they achieve from here.”
