A DISORDERLY Dalby man was given a public nuisance infringement notice after he failed to leave a pub and allegedly enticed a bartender to fight.
Dalby police were called to a pub on Cunningham St about 6pm on November 24, where a 49-year-old was spoken to in relation to a disturbance.
The man was reportedly asked to leave by staff, before allegedly enticing a bartender to fight, according to police.
He was given an on the spot public nuisance infringement notice.
