Dalby park runners go the distance on a chilly morning

LEN Poulsen has the most important job at the Dalby Parkrun.

He's in charge of delivering high fives on the go to the runners charging past in search of a PB, or even just to reach their quota of exercise for the weekend.

It's a tough job but Mr Poulsen is the best one for it, and nobody misses a high five from their favourite marshal.

On this chilly morning, 60 runners earned their high fives from Mr Poulsen.

Five people joined the parkrun for the first time, and seven new PB's were recorded in the group.

Parkrun begins at 6:55am every Saturday morning on the corner of Jimbour and Edward streets.
