Dalby salon one of the best in the state

A DALBY salon has been regarded as one of the best in Queensland by company Ella Bache.

The company's annual awards ceremony was held in Sydney last week, and the Dalby salon was awarded the Business Development award, as well as placing in the top three salons in Queensland.

The honours came as a surprise to the group, who did not know they had been a finalist in any of the awards categories.

Owner of Ella Bache Dalby, Natalie Leis, said the honours were a result of a "special” mix of staff and clients.

"The staff here are the hardest, most amazing group of therapists I have ever been privileged to work with,” she said.

"We have the most amazing group of clients that you could ask for, combined with the brilliantly talented girls who work here.”

The Business Development award, recognises salons which are embracing new strategies as well as training.

Being a finalist for the best salon in Queensland was recognition for the hard work conducted by the staff over a long period of time, according to Ms Leis.

The salon owner said she was blessed to have a staff which had plenty of experience, coupled with young and enthusiastic members who have added value to the group.
