Dalby Wheatmen ladies’ day out

MORE than 180 ladies have descended on the Dalby Wheatmen club house for the annual ladies' day.

Wives, girlfriends, mothers, sisters and female supporters of the junior, teenage and senior divisions cheered on the Wheatmen at the annual event on Saturday, June 13.

Organiser Caetlyn Teakle said the committee was raising the bar every year.

"It's got a good reputation. They know it's always going to be great. Everybody loves a day at the Dalby rugby," Miss Teakle said.

"We get a lot of ladies who aren't usually here which is great - it's more support for the club. It's all fundraising at the end of the day."

Miss Teakle said attendance was about on par with last year's event.
