Dirt flies for Dalby Campdraft
HUNDREDS of competitors put their skills to the test this weekend for the Dalby and District Campdraft.
The competition attracted nearly double last year's numbers with more than 2000 nominations in what was originally an 850 run event. The committee extended the event to allow for just over 1000 runs to give more a chance on the course.
The exciting Open Draft final was hotly contested with the very best horses going head to head in a second round.
In the end it was Michael Hayes on Waderman who took top spot with score of 89 in the first round and a high score of 94 for the second round.
In second place was local Cody Ryan on Stylish Joe.
