Ex-lover of accused killer being questioned by SA Police

THE former partner of the man accused of killing Karlie Pearce-Stevenson is being interviewed by homicide detectives in South Australia.

Hazel Passmore, 33, who is confined to a wheelchair, has been at the Wakefield St police station since early this afternoon with defence lawyer Bill Boucat, according to News Limited.

Media outlets suggest Ms Passmore faces allegations of impersonating the slain mother after her death in late 2008.

It is not the first time Ms Passmore has been questioned by police in relation to this matter.

Last week Major Crime detectives quizzed the woman regarding allegations that more than $90,000 was stolen from the woman's account.

Meanwhile, ABC reports new images have been discovered of Khandalyce Pearce, the daughter of Ms Pearce-Stevenson, whose remains were discovered on the side of a South Australian highway.

The photos were discovered on the Facebook page of Ms Passmore.

Daniel Holdom, 41, has already faced court charged with the murder of Ms Pearce-Stevenson, whose remains were discovered in Belanglo Forest in New South Wales.

She will also be questioned about what happened to the slain mother and daughter.

Police believe Ms Pearce-Stevenson was killed sometime between December 14 and 15 in 2008.

Police suspect Khandalyce was killed later, at a different location.

There are yet to be charges laid in relation to the young girl's suspected murder.
