Select members from the five Dalby teams will come together on Sunday to go up against Goondiwindi in Dalby's first representative game of the year.

The Colts v Criterions game tomorrow is set to start at 12.30pm tomorrow, with the Dalby v Goondiwindi game to start at 9.30am Sunday.

The Dalby team will include captain Michael Bartkowski, Josh Wilkes, Chris Wilkes, Colin Harvey, Matt Foster, Tobin Cherry, Brendan Buckley, Andy Myring, Tom Gore and Treva Turner.

Dalby Cricket Association treasurer Lorraine Monaghan said fixtures would take place each Saturday.

"We're halfway through the season because we started in October and we go through until the end of March.”

QUINALOW sits on top of the leaderboard on 49 points, with the Leagues Club at 40, Criterions on 36, and both Colts and Moonie on 35.

Carnival

THE annual six-a-side carnival, which will take place on Saturday, February 9, is set to draw competitors ranging from social players to the most experienced cricketers.

"It's our major fundraiser for the year,” Monaghan said. "We have 24 teams and they play three games during the day.

"It's just a fun day with six to a side and games lasting an hour and a quarter.”
