BELL'S Annual Race Day saw an incredible turnout for the event, with people flocking to the races from all over the Western Downs.

The five-race programme began at 1.30pm with attendees placing bets and taking advantage of the delicious food and plenty of drinks early on in the day.

President of Bell Racing Club, Darryl Ramsay, hoped plenty of families and people of all ages would turn out for the big day.

"It's a good family day out for the young ones and the not-so young,” he said in the days before the event.
