GALLERY: Thousand pack Jimbour House for rock concert

MONTHS of anticipation and build-up was finalised yesterday with the Day on the Plain at Jimbour House.

Some of the finest rock talent in Australia was on the Western Downs, for a concert described at the largest west of the Great Dividing Range.

While many brought their camp chairs, picnic rugs, sunglasses and hats to relax and enjoy the day, many couldn't help but stand and dance for hours on end.

Below is a collection of photographs from the day.
