Harry hungry to box on after great start

Boxing: Fighters from clubs across Queensland stepped into the ring last Friday night at the Dalby PCYC for a great evening of action.

Forty-six fighters competed across 23 gruelling bouts, with the audience soaking it all up.

One of those fighters was Dalby's Harry Jones, who won his fight impressively via a round two stoppage.

Harry was awarded fighter of the night for his performance.

The 15-year-old is now looking forward to continuing his young career in the ring.

"I enjoyed it, it was good to get a TKO but I would have been happy with a decision,” Harry said.

"I'm going to keep fighting and would like to be professional one day.”
