Hometown favourites hit the ground running

FRIENDS, family and fellow footballers turned out to support the Dalby Diehards at their first home game on Sunday.

Spectators were treated to three games between Dalby Diehards and the Warwick Cowboys.

A 24-16 Under 18s win for the Diehards bolstered spirits for the day.

The successes did not continue with two unfortunate losses in the Reserve and A Grade games.

Still, the sea of maroon adorned the stands and Leagues Club veranda to enjoy a day in the sun and show some support to their local boys.
