How clean eating transformed incredible shrinking woman
SHE has been dubbed the incredible shrinking woman, after shedding an incredible 63.2kg in a year.
Hillcrest's Mariah Tonkin is just 24 years old, and on May 16 last year she decided enough was enough.
Weighing in at 120.3kg, she decided it was time to lose weight.
And lose weight she did.
A year later she has transformed herself completely.
"I've achieved it through really clean eating, I don't have any sugar and I don't drink anything other than water," she said.
"I've cut out all white foods, including pasta, bread and potato.
"I also avoid the supermarket, buying most of my food from the butchers and fruit stores. Plus lots of exercising."

Ms Tonkin said she started exercising straight away, but did start small.
"I did half an hour a day, and slowing increased it as I had time," she said.
"I do squats - a minimum of 300 a day. I do 100 in the morning, 100 at lunchtime and 100 at night."
Ms Tonkin admits at first it was painful, but now she doesn't even notice it.
"In fact, I'm in pain if I don't exercise," she said.
"I feel much better for the weight loss, my life has improved and I feel like a completely different person."
Ms Tonkin said anyone wanting to lose weight could, they just needed to start off small.
"Don't aim too big, I took it day by day," she said.
"If I got through one day that was an accomplishment. I didn't think long-term, I didn't have a set goal in mind."
As for what the future holds, Ms Tonkin wants to lose another 4kg and then she says she's done.
She has also started studying personal training and nutrition.
