Ipswich men slapped with 200 graffiti charges

TWO Ipswich men have been charged with a combined total of more than 200 graffiti offences committed across south-east Queensland.

Detectives from the Graffiti Taskforce executed a search warrant at an Ipswich address where they allegedly found evidence of 204 graffiti offences.

A 19-year-old Ipswich man has been charged with 83 counts of willful damage by graffiti and is expected to appear at the Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 11, 2015

A 21-year-old Ipswich man has also been charged with 121 counts of wilful damage by graffiti and is expected to appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court on November 11, 2015.

Police will allege the offences were committed across Brisbane and Ipswich.

Investigations are continuing.
