Man allegedly head-butts shop window while being arrested

A DALBY man will face court next month after an aggressive incident last weekend.

Dalby Police responded to reports of a man causing a disturbance and kicking his bike against the glass shopfront window of a business, on Sunday, March 18. The incident occurred on Drayton St and police allege when they arrived at the scene the man was behaving aggressively and was yelling at them.

Police said the 34-year-old man head-butted the glass of the shopfront window causing an injury to his head, while he was being arrested.

The man will appear at the Dalby Magistrates Court on April 4 for allegedly committing public nuisance and wilful damage.
