It’s believed the man was highly intoxicated, with police helping him to their vehicle to assist in their inquiries.

Police will allege the man attempted to break free from police, before he subjected them to a torrent of verbal abuse.

He was arrested and transported to the Dalby watch house.

The man was charged with committing a public nuisance, obstructing police, and breaching bail.

He will face Dalby Magistrates Court on April 20.
