Man barred from train stations after multiple offences

IPSWICH man Brandon Hastings has been warned if he goes anywhere near a train station he will be immediately sent to jail.

Mr Hastings, 20, appeared on Thursday in Ipswich Magistrates Court where he is facing more than 35 charges - including 23 graffiti and 10 fare evasion offences.

The alleged offences took place on September 1, 2015 at Redbank.

His legal representative told the court she had a lengthy conversation with Mr Hastings and told him the consequences he would face if continued to break the law.

She sought an adjournment so the 39 charges he is currently facing could be aligned with a host of new charges.

Magistrate Stuart Shearer released Mr Hastings on bail and ordered he report to police three times per week and adjourned the matter until January 28.
