Man stabbed in his home in Spring Hill
POLICE are investigating an unlawful wounding incident this afternoon at Spring Hill where a man has suffered a number of stab wounds.
Initial information suggests at about 4.20pm, a 42-year-old man was confronted by a woman at his residence in Rogers Street.
The woman has produced a knife and is believed to have stabbed the man in the abdomen and upper back before fleeing.
The man was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a serious condition.
It is believed the man and woman are known to each other.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have any information in relation to the matter to contact Crime Stoppers.
