Man, 51, faces charges after violent fight breaks out

A 51-YEAR-OLD Caboolture man, Ross Philip Green is out on bail after appearing in Caboolture Magistrates Court this morning.

The man was charged after a fight broke out on Tuesday afternoon, leaving a 26-year-old in hospital with cuts to his face.

Police responded to Dennis St, Caboolture, at 3.45pm Tuesday, following reports of two men involved in an altercation.

The 26-year-old was taken to Caboolture Hospital for treatment.  His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Mr Green will appear at Caboolture Magistrates Court on May 29.
