Woman threatened to kill her cousin, stomp on her head
AN ANGRY Gladstone mum whose husband cheated on her with her cousin, threatened to kill her cousin and stomp on her head.
The woman, aged in her 30s, pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court to using a mobile phone to menace.
Defence lawyer Cassandra Ditchfield said the woman discovered her husband's infidelity on October 5, the day she made the threats. Magistrate Jeffrey Clarke said the woman's behaviour was inappropriate and disgraceful.
She will serve two months jail and be released on parole in late January.
She will serve a three-year probation order to include programs, anger management and medical treatment as required.
