Open and ready for business
DALBY’S Suncorp bank is open and ready to keep the community spirit alive after receiving a much-needed facelift.
Store leader Jasmyne Kingston, said while the shift to digital was the main reason behind the new renovations, customer service is still their number one priority.
“We will be holding workshops for our customers, where they can bring their own devices, we have a charging station for them, we really want to help them engaged with the digital side of things,” Ms Kingston said.
“We were a bit overdue for a freshen up and the store was quite outdated.
“Suncorp itself has been rebranded with a new green and we just wanted to bring that to our customers here in Dalby.”
Ms Kingston would also like to reassure customers there will be plenty of support still waiting for them when they walk through the door.
“We have been and will continue to be customer orientated, when a customer arrives they will meet the concierge as well as having our tellers and I will always be on the floor ready to assist.
“We have customers from Dalby who have been with Suncorp for 30 plus years, to us this demonstrates that we are doing something right.”
Meg Feste, the branch manager for Suncorp Dalby said she hoped the new look will reinvigorate their place in the community.
“Dalby has been through a lot, the rain has been amazing but hopefully with this new look we can remind people that we are here.”
