Sunshine Motorway reopens after serious single-car crash
UPDATE: The Sunshine Motorway at Mooloolaba has reopened after a serious crash there this morning.
Police say a 37-year-old man who had been driving a vehicle that crashed into a sign before rolling near the motorway's Mooloolaba exit just before 6am is now at Nambour Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Anyone who saw the crash or the vehicle immediately before the crash is urged to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

INITIAL REPORT: A PERSON was trapped in a vehicle that has rolled in the northbound lane of the Sunshine Motorway at Mooloolaba, around where the road becomes Nicklin Way.
Emergency services are believed to be on the scene, and have just used hydraulic cutting gear to get the driver free.
The driver's condition is not currently known.
The northbound lane is currently blocked to traffic, although vehicles are believed to be getting through in the southbound land.
