Ranting man tries to remove 'dangerous' toys from Kmart

A MAN has been filmed ranting about roller skates needing to be removed from Kmart shelves as "a duty of care".

The 40-year-old man allegedly tried to leave a Gold Coast Kmart with a trolley full of the skates he claimed were "too dangerous for children", Yahoo7 reports.

The man was charged by police for causing a public nuisance, a Queensland Police spokesperson told Yahoo7.
