Teen held knife to man before stealing car

A 17-YEAR-old boy will appear before Dalby court for allegedly holding a knife up to a man before stealing his car keys, and bolting with the car.

Dalby police sergeant Sean Donaghy said police will allege that at 1.30pm on Friday, the teenager approached the victim with a knife, held it up to him and demanded his car keys.

Police allege the victim complied, and the teenager allegedly took the keys and drove off in the car.

The teenager has been charged with a string of charges including armed robbery, enter dwelling with intent, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, two counts of stealing, wilful damage, obstruct police, and driving without a licence.
