Three teen vandals allegedly smash trolley into Aldi
THREE teenagers have been charged after allegedly attempting to use a shopping trolley to smash a supermarket window in Hervey Bay.
Hervey Bay Police Station Senior Constable Jules Tyson said three teenagers, aged 13, 16 and a 17 had been arrested and charged.
It's alleged they attempted to break-in to Aldi using a shopping trolley before throwing a rock and finally kicking out a section of glass.
Snr Const Tyson said the incident was witnessed by members of the public and police arrived soon after.
The vandalism happened about midnight on Monday.
The three teens are expected to appear in court in the next few weeks.
