Toowoomba agency to give full real estate experience

A NEW boutique real estate agency is on a mission to give clients the "ultimate real estate experience".

Residence Estate Agents was started by Toowoomba man Matt Jesse and his wife Jo and was launched in March.

After a successful start to the business, it has been able move into its first premises about two weeks ago, which was officially opened on Friday night.

Mr Jesse said he hoped his agency would fill the real estate void for high end and more personalised-type service.

"We are independent, not a franchise, and are Toowoomba people doing what works for Toowoomba," Mr Jesse said.

After previously working for another real estate agency in the city since 2013, he decided to go in his own direction.

"I just wanted to create a boutique brand which puts the client's requirements first and really do something of a higher calibre nature, rather than what the traditional businesses are doing," he said.

Mr Jesse said he wanted the client to be excited about the whole process, instead of being stressed about selling their home, renting or buying.

"I just wanted to turn all of that around and for them to be excited about the process as opposed to having that real big fear and concern around it and not understanding it properly. We make sure they are very involved," he said.

Mr Jesse said he had so far had a great response from the Toowoomba market.

And while Toowoomba is its core market focus, Mr Jesse said they were able to help people who were looking to diversify from the market or investment outside of the city.
