
Truck carrying cattle rolls near Clermont
UPDATE 12PM: THE SCENE of a cattle truck rollover near Clermont has been cleared.
A QFES spokesman said a crew from Clermont spent about an hour at the scene of the crash this morning helping remove cattle from the crash scene before departing at 10.30am.
A Queensland Police spokesman said no one was injured in the crash and the road was now clear.
BREAKING 9AM: EMERGENCY services are responding to a truck crash north-west of Emerald.
It is understood a cattle truck has rolled on the Clermont-Alpha Road, Clermont.
A QFES spokeswoman confirmed crews were alerted to the crash just before 9am and a crew from Clermont QFES was en route.
The severity of the crash is at this stage unknown.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area or expect delays.
