Warrego MP takes aim at political rivals for ‘backing down’

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

IT IS disappointing the Labor, Katter, One Nation, Green and independent candidates for the Warrego Electorate would not attend the meet the candidates breakfast offered by the Dalby Chamber of Commerce.

Voters must ask why these candidates are not prepared to put forward their policies or answer questions in person from the Dalby business community.

Obviously Labor, Katter, One Nation, The Greens and the independent have no interest in meeting the Dalby business community.

Maybe these candidates are just standing so they can receive taxpayers $3 per first preference vote of public funding for themselves or their party.

In which case I urge you not to reward them and Vote 1 for the LNP whose candidate lives and works full time for the Warrego Electorate.

Yours faithfully

Ann Leahy MP

Member for Warrego

Shadow Minister for Local Government
