Woman arrested for trio of offences

A 43-YEAR-old woman has been detained in custody for a number of charges committed in the early hours of this morning.

At about 1am today the woman allegedly drove to an address on Alice St, Dalby, and was involved in a confrontation with the 48-year-old occupant of the house.

The woman allegedly began assaulting the occupant before returning to her Ford Falcon, and driving into the house repeatedly.

She then drove away before being detained by police shortly after.

The woman allegedly blew a BAC reading of 0.172 when tested by police.

According to Dalby police, she has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and driving U.I.L.

She will be appearing in Dalby Magistrate's Court on March 26.
