Woman, child among three hurt in motorbike dramas

UNITS from the Queensland Ambulance Service Warwick station travelled to Gap Creek Farm after three accidents off motorbikes today.

Early this morning a three-year-old boy received minor injuries and then at 10.40am a five-year-old boy received burning to the back of one of his calves.

He was taken by ambulance to Warwick Hospital for treatment.

The QAS was called again to Gap Creek Farm at 3pm after a 26-year-old woman fell off a bike and received severe lacerations to her left-side abdomen.

She was in a serious but stable condition and was to be transported to a Brisbane hospital.

The Rescue 500 helicopter landed on the property at 4.10pm. Warwick ambulance officers were on scene treating the woman while the helicopter was in the air to Gap Creek Farm.
